Signal Hill is settled and central for the west side, with Westhills retail below and the LRT close; Springbank Hill adds newer, larger homes higher up the slope.
The elevation is the calling card — several streets look straight over the city toward downtown. Schools, the Signal Hill shopping centre and the 69 Street LRT make the day-to-day easy, and Discovery Ridge and Griffith Woods sit a few minutes south.
